The justification based on which this proposal has been put forward is 
really weak and reeks off ulterior motives. Please don't be on the bad 
side of a fair pricing battle and make the free internet less 
accessible. This is basic economics, registries are monopolies and with 
no regulation like price caps, it will hurt all consumers and the 
internet as a whole.

Please do not remove the price cap on .org domains (and for that matter, 
any of the other ones).
