[Comments-rz-lgr-3-25apr19] Integration of the Hebrew LGR into RZ-LGR-3

Dear ICANN gentlefolks and Integration Panel,

Thank you for your work on completing and publishing RZ-LGR-3.
The Hebrew language Generation Panel is excited to see the Hebrew Label
Generation Rules integrated into the Root Zone LGR.

We have gone through the published rule set and it looks to be correct. We
have also examined the results of the test runs submitted to us and they
indicate the rule set is doing the right thing.
