[Comments-rz-lgr-3-25apr19] Integrating the Odia LGR into the RZ-LGR

Dear ICANN Team,

It was a great experience working as a member of NBGP (Neo-Brahmi
Generation Panel) editor for Odia LGR.

I have gone through the same and the Odia LGR and xml file for Odia is also
fine.

The test for the integrated Oriya LGR has also compared with the test
results, they all look fine to me.

I am thankful to NBGP co-chairs, other language script leaders, and ICANN
team for all the co-ordination efforts they extended to us to make this
happen.
Thanks a lot for integrating the Odia LGR into this version of the RZ-LGR.
