Hi, all, I've finally got back on line, and wanted to add additional items
to the Counicil discussion. 

We should be discussing our role in the process for creating a strategy and
related consensus policy for introduction of new gTLDS. Secondly, and
separately, we need to take note of the work on IDNs which will be coming
the Council's way, I would expect, given the discussions in MdP. 

Especially in IDNs, while we need to more fully understand the issues, and
will need staff, and expert support, the policy issues are the Council's
job, in both instances...

I think we should start a discussion with staff, and perhaps with relevant
input from the Board/ as appropriate on when and how we will be receiving
work which would come form the Board discussions at MdP, if I was reading
the public discussions of the Board correctly.

I propose additional two topics for discussion besides the one Glen posted
on my behalf. They can go under other business. 

Finally, Bruce, have we invited Kurt Pritz to speak on the StratPlan
processes, and Operational Plan? Or will Paul Verhoef address those topics
on the agenda?
