This can be discussed under item 3 of the agenda, and can also be
discussed at the proposed "GNSO operational and strategic planning" on
Sunday afternoon 3 April 2005 in Mar Del Plata.

The name of the session in Mar Del Plata was a working title - might be
better to just call it "GNSO planning session".  With planning
incorporating planning for events later in the week in Mar Del Plata as
well as planning longer term.
