[council] GNSO Chair nominations: correction

Dear Council Members,

In order for the records to be accurate,
Bruce Tonkin was nominated by Ken Stubbs, and seconded by ROSS RADER, 
not Philip Colebrook and Bruce has accepted the nomination.

At the next GNSO Council meeting, on Wednesday, November 16 2005, (19:00 
UTC, 11:00 LA, 14:00 EST, 20:00 Brussels 6:00 next day in Melbourne)
there will be a vote to ratify the GNSO Council Chair for the interim 
period from 18 November to 1 month after the 2005 Annual General Meeting 
(ie until 4 January 2006).
