Dear Councillors,

Avri Doria has been duly nominated by Norbert Klein, a NCUC 
representative, and has accepted the nomination, as a candidate for the 
position of GNSO Council chair for the period 1 February to the end of 
the ICANN Annual meeting in 2008.
