Attached are 2 documents.

 

1.	The consolidated comments on topic list.
2.	The 1st Draft Initial Report for comment.

 

Bart and I have used the Topics List and the comments to craft the Initial Report draft. The goal is to get an agreed draft of the Initial Report published for community comment in the first week of February which will mean that the various ICANN communities can discuss it in Delhi as well as on lists.

 

The Topics List has now served its purpose and all of the topics have now been re-drafted and moved across to the draft Initial Report. So it is the draft Initial Report upon which the WG should now be working and commenting.

 

Please send your comments to the list by the 28th January.
