STATUS OF THIS DOCUMENT
This is the Issues Report on Issue Set A; “New IRTP Issues”, regarding 
the Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy, produced by ICANN staff for 
submission to the GNSO Council on 23 May 2008.

SUMMARY
This report is submitted to the GNSO Council in response to the motion 
passed by the GNSO Council on 8 May 2008: “…Resolved that the Council 
asks the staff to produce an Issues Report of the Items listed under A - 
New IRTP Issues.”
