Hi,

Thank you for this.

While it is a bit more detailed then I had expected, given the rush  
the Board schedule has put the Council under it may be better this  
way.  Will you be able to talk us through your suggested plan during  
the upcoming meeting?

Additionally, I ask council members who have questions or issues on  
this plan to post them to the list before the meeting.
