Dear Council Members,

At the Council's 23 November meeting, I have nothing new to share
under agenda item 8.4 - "Status updates - Board update."  The next
Board meeting is scheduled for 9 December and the agenda has not yet
been set.  Resolutions approved at the last Board meeting (30 October
in Seoul) can be found at
