I support Adrian's request for our next meeting on 5 August and would
add that similar information will also be useful as we evaluate the
trial, i.e., how many used the service.

Yes, if you want to see the scrubbed information, I will request this. I
don't know exactly how much time it will take to provide that
information, but as soon as I receive it, I will forward it to the
Council.

Apologies, but as the information in relation to mp3 recordings has to
come from MDR, there is some delay in our response. Below you will find
the rough statistics for recent calls. These are rough as they have not
yet been fully scrubbed to eliminate crawlers like Yahoo, Google etc. --
which are not genuine users accessing the recordings. Please let us know
if you have further questions or would like to receive further details.

Chuck, can you please ask staff to find out how many times the mp3
recording has been downloaded previously (month to month)?
 
Also, has anyone done a study of success for the implementation of the
audiocast to determine its ROI? Will it be seen as "valuable" if 50
people listen in? 25? 5? 1? At what point do we consider the cost and
effort outweighs the perceived value?
 
In my business, I try to only implement initiatives after determining
demand and setting success criteria. 
 
So a good start may be;
 
-         Why are we performing this initiative?

-         What are hoping to achieve?

-         How much will it cost?

-         How will we define success?

-         How will we measure success?

 
It is never too late to apply these type of questions....
