1. There is concern to deeper involve the SGs in establishing the
process
2. Fixing it that way seems to be too early since we're still in a
learning process.

selections, including the "WHOIS Policy" and the "Security, Stability,

this was the the agreed objective of the DT for months...could you
clarify, why would we want to keep re-doing it?  how might we make it
different it we did?
