(1) The Board Governance Committee has recommended members of the
committee - this needs to be ratified by the Board (or possibly the Exec
committee of the Board on behalf of the Board).

(2) The  Board Global Relationships Committee (new acronym - BGRC) will
finalise the draft charter.  This charter will then be ratified by the
Board.

(3) I expect the membership of the committee and the charter to be
published once finalised.
