I've been asked on another list where one can read this charter, which reminded me that I'd asked weeks ago and not gotten an answer.  Searching the website yielded no clues.  Is the committee a secret society, or may we know about it?  Would this little gem be on its agenda?  http://www.icann.org/correspondence/toure-to-beckstrom-16aug10-en.pdf

Would much appreciate a response from someone in the know.
