In anticipation of our discussions on this during our meeting, I have a question which I missed the first time I read this report, before it was amended to take into account the latest comment period.

I see the group recommends that the definition of a GNSO Supermajority be changed to include what the group calls "the original meaning of a GNSO Supermajority". I was wondering if the group had also considered changing the voting requirements to approve a request for an issues report, which currently has a 25% threshold, the lowest threshold we have?

Also, can you tell me if a redline of the latest report exists, showing the changes made in response to the latest batch of comments received? That would be of help in understanding the changes the group has seen fit to make as a result of the comments.

Once again, congratulations to both the PPSC, the PDP-WT and their respective Staff support for the quality of this work.

> All,
> Please find enclosed a motion to acknowledge receipt of the PDP-WT Final Report. The motion asks that the Council immediately begin a 30-day comment period. Please keep in mind that we have just completed a public comment period on the Proposed Final Report during the San Francisco meeting, but have made a couple of changes that we believe should be reviewed by the community in response to previous comments. In addition, given the significance of the proposed changes, another comment period is probably a good idea.
> The goal would be to vote on the recommendations themselves during our July meeting.
> Thanks.
