[council] COUNCIL Attendance Chart for review

Dear Councillors,

Attached please find the GNSO Council attendance chart for the period October 2012 to August 2013.
Please review the chart and please let me know off the Council list, no later than Monday 12 August 2013, whether there are any adjustments to be made.  We will then update the  appropriate pages on the Wiki at https://community.icann.org/display/gnsocouncilmeetings/IGM+Oct+2012-Oct+2013.
Due to a technical issue, these pages have not been updated for several months, but will be maintained from now on.

Yes, if that is the case, we should flag it.

Here is the process I suggest:


1.      Publish

2.      Inform councillors and give them the opportunity to correct anything that is not correct (a few days, say 5 working days)

3.      Communicate the record to all SG / Constituency leadership with a recognition that this has not been done recently (due to a technical issue) but will be maintained from now on.

Would it be helpful to have AA (Absent with apologies) and AN (Absent no apologies) categories to reflect this difference?

Dear Jonathan,

I have sent the attendance chart to Ken Bour to update on the Wiki as he has so kindly offered to do, but I thought that you may be interested as it provides the span of attendance since you were chair, from 17 October 2012 to 1 August 2013.

This meeting does not appear on the attendance sheet as it was not counted as a Council meeting.
Note that Alan Greenberg, though marked A for the times that he missed, always excused himself, while for the other 'A' s  it was not always the case.
