Dear Glen,

Please convey my personal thanks to ICANN for the cards you have been 
sending on their behalf.  It is so nice to feel appreciated.

The best part is it gives me a reminder that I should wish you, all the 
members of the secretariat, the policy staff, the wider staff and all my 
colleagues on council, the GNSO, and in other ICANN groups a really good 
2014.

Should be an interesting year.
