[council] Presentation from the DNA

AFAIK, the DNA is going to be an advocacy trade association of 
Registrars and Registries set up to further awareness of the general 
public about the new and the existing TLDs. The organization is supposed 
to operate outside of ICANN, i.e. it will not be a constituency/SG.
