I have received a request from the ICANN Nominations Committee chair to
provide a revised or re-confirmed skill-set description.


Apparently the last such skill set review was revised and updated back in
2010. Therefore, it is certainly timely to provide a revision, update or
re-affirmation of what they are working with.


Accordingly, please can you review the attached and provide any feedback or
input as you see fit.

Dear Jonathan,

 

As requested by Stephane, 2015 NomCom Chair, please find attached a document
containing excerpts from two NomCom documents outlining the skill
sets/criteria for GNSO positions filled by the NomCom.  

 

These skill sets were last reviewed and updated by Chuck Gomes in November
2010.

 

The 2015 NomCom expects to open the application cycle in first week of
December 2014. As for timing to receive edits to these skill sets, we should
receive them by 19 November for incorporation into the master documents for
posting.
