Dear Councilors,

Sarmad and his colleagues have confirmed that the GNSO Council can endorse
as many qualified candidates as it thinks appropriate; however, as mentioned
previously, all endorsees should have the necessary qualifications and
expertise as documented in the Call for Experts:

I hope this is helpful. We hope the Council will finalize its list of
endorsees as soon as possible so that the Working Group can begin its work
imminently.
