Regarding Priacy and Proxy services, I actually consider that matter 
closed until implementation starts. The PDP has ended, the council has 
approved the report that took into consideration the comments from the 
GAC and now the board can either approve those recommendations or not, 
bearing in mind that if they do not the currently existing framework 
will expire.

We as a council should not open the door for renewed discussion of 
material policy subjects that have been conclusively dealt with by the 
PDP WG.
