[council] CCWG - Accountability Members, and Work Stream 2

I am not sure whether anyone in NCSG has already made this announcement 
James, but Just in case, I will.  Robin Gross has very kindly agreed to 
continue to be our rep on Work Stream 2.  I apologize for not getting 
this to you by yesterday, I thought it had been done.
