[council] Motion - Nomination of GNSO candidates for the RDS RT

Dear council members,

Attached please find the motion for item 7 on the agenda for our
meeting on 20 April 2017  - "Approval of GNSO Nominees for the
Registration Directory Services Review Team".

The motion is based on a consensus reached in the SSC,
and follows a similar approach as was used for the selection
of SSR2-RT candidates.
