I’m concerned that our response on 2. IGO Issues is not helpful and might be considered flippant by some. I’m also a bit confused about the actual text of the advice as I suspect it is related to the implementation of Protection of IGO and INGO identifiers in all gTLDs Policy, while the background and rationale specifically call out the Curative Rights PDP WG.

I have developed alternate text for consideration.
