[council] Barcelona Council social event

Thanks, Heather, this does sound wonderful.

I have heard that the EPDP may be meeting on Saturday - I am not sure if this will be all day, or just for part of the day, and I think it is unlikely that it will stretch into the evening - but just thought I’d flag this, that there is a possibility that those members of the Council who are also a part of the EPDP might be unable to participate in this social event. Hopefully we will know soon the proposed schedule for ICANN 63.

Best wishes,

Ayden
