Dear all, 

 

On behalf of the Standing Committee on ICANN Budget and Operations (SCBO), please find attached the comment on the proposed FY19 Budget and Operating Plan that we have prepared and will submit today on Council letterhead. 

 

There are only two revisions to this document based upon what you have previously reviewed:

 

1) Removal of the 'draft' watermark; and 

 

2) Removal of the bullet point on reserve fund replenishment. The Contracted Parties House expressed concerns <https://mm.icann.org/pipermail/council/2018-March/020998.html>  on this mailing list regarding this topic, and these concerns were taken back to the SCBO where no objections were raised to removing this bullet point.

 

The SCBO very much appreciates the Council's input and advice over the past few weeks as we have collaboratively generated this comment. Thank you very much for this.
