Thank you for checking with them, Marika. As a matter of transparency, I think all working groups, no matter how short lived they may be, should have read-only mailing lists available so that Observers can audit their work. I appreciate that those supporting the Implementation Team may have a lot on their plate at the moment, but I do not think this is a big ask - no one should be denied permission to subscribe to the list on a read-only basis, so perhaps the mailing list could be configured like others to allow anyone to subscribe?

One other concern. I hope the pre-IRT will not be working with closed Google Docs like the Technical Study Group did. When this happens, it is impossible for Observers to audit their work and I worry that these important files are not being archived for posterity like GNSO mailing lists are. I think we should be working openly, so I hope there are no intentions to gate documents behind restricted-access Google Docs. Thank you.
