Thanks for your response.

My understanding is that Karen has shared this with the EPDP Phase 1 IRT as well, so I agree there will likely be additional input from that group in addition to any feedback the Council would like to provide.

Your question on prioritization is a good one, and we can seek clarification on that point. If there's anything that seems out of place, please flag it.

I'm also happy to ask for clarification around contingency planning vis-à-vis the schedule.

Thanks, Keith.  I'm sure the EPDP Phase 1 IRT will have reaction/input to this.

Do we have any sort of understanding as to how the two waves were prioritized?

Regarding the milestones, the IRT review period for wave 1 analysis is aggressive under the best of circumstance (28 Oct. - 18 Nov.), but given that there's an ICANN meeting 2-9 Nov., it seems unrealistic.  What's the contingency plan there?

I wanted to share the attached draft work plan document which is based on the previous conversation we had about Rec. 27.  Please let me know if I have captured this correctly, and if you have any additional input.  If none, we will prepare to share with the Phase 1 IRT and would also anticipate sharing with the GNSO Council, Phase 2 team, and others.

FYI, I am out of the office next week, but will pick this back up the week following and the rest of the team on cc is available in case of any issues.
