The blog post indicates that this team has 10 members however there are more than 10 individuals pictured in the photograph. Are there attendance records available of whom participated in the first face-to-face meeting of this study group, and transcripts so that we can better understand what it is that they discussed? And am I correct in my reading of this blog post that the study group itself revised its own charter while in Washington? Is there a redlined version of the charter so we can understand what changed? Thank you.
