Item 2. Opening Remarks / Review of Projects & Action Items List
Action Items:

  *   Projects List: Staff to consider new graphical status to reflect paused efforts.

Item 3: Consent Agenda

Voting Results:

  *   Adopted unanimously

Action items:

  *   GNSO Secretariat to inform CCWG Auction Proceeds of the selection of Jonathan Frost as one of the GNSO representatives to the group. [COMPLETE]


Item 4: COUNCIL DISCUSSION - Review of Public Comment Drafts

Action items:

  *   SCBO and respective small group to complete their drafts in timely fashion. Councilors to review and provide input, if any.

Item 5: COUNCIL DISCUSSION – Temporary Specification for Registration Data Expedited Policy Development Process - Recurring Update

Action Items:

  *   Council Liaison to the EPDP Team requests the EPDP Team to consider how the work of the Technical Study Group on Access to Non-Public Registration Data is coordinated and if there is any interplay with the EPDP.

Item 6: COUNCIL DISCUSSION – Managing the EPDP Implementation Gap and Back-up Plans

Item 7: COUNCIL DISCUSSION – IGO-INGO Access to Curative Rights Protection Mechanisms

Action Items:

  *   Councilors to review the materials for the webinar held on 09 October 2019 (available here: https://gnso.icann.org/en/group-activities/calendar/2018#oct) and other materials shared for the agenda item (here: https://community.icann.org/x/JIoWBg)
  *   Council Leadership to consider repurposing the extraordinary meeting on 14 February 2019 to discuss IGO/INGO Curative Rights Protection Mechanisms if the EPDP Final Report is not yet available for discussion and review.

  *   IANA Function Review (IFR) Team composition: Review of the ccNSO proposal to manage deficiencies - Councilors to take discussion on ccNSO proposal (here: https://mm.icann.org/pipermail/council/2019-January/022175.html) to their respective SG/C and to then consider what input they would like to provide.
