While I can understand what you might be trying to achieve I do not feel that the way you wanted this captured in the report was a reasonable reflection of what we discussed.
I would also be opposed to transcripts, as one of the main reasons why these meetings are so good is that there is a free flow of discussion and we had agreed both this year and last year to conduct the meeting under Chatham House Rule (https://www.chathamhouse.org/chatham-house-rule )

You have highlighted roughly two sentences that I added into the document out of 150 or so edits which I proposed. I have not re-reviewed the document to see which changes were ultimately accepted and which were not, but I had thought the intention was for this to be an accurate summary of the discussions that had been had during the Session and intended to reflect all views which had been expressed. I do remember us having a sustained conversation on this topic and the potential harm that could result to the GNSO’s reputation by GNSO processes being delayed. If that is not the case and only certain views are to be captured in this document, perhaps it would be better to have transcripts in the future.
