This is just to let you all know that we still intend to share GAC comments before the Council meets in Montreal ..

A redline version has been compiled and shared with the entire GAC for comments/adoption by Thurs 31 Oct ..

Hoping to be able to share with the GNSO the adopted redline version by Friday 1 Nov ..

Looking forward to a fruitful exchange and tangible progress in Montreal ..

Dear Manal, Brian and Jon,

As agreed at the informal meeting among representatives of the GAC leadership, GNSO Council and IGOs that was held in Marrakech, please find attached a draft addendum to the Review of All Rights Protection Mechanisms (RPM) PDP Charter that the GNSO Council is currently reviewing, in relation to Recommendation 5 from the IGO-INGO Access to Curative Rights PDP Final Report. Please note that the document remains in draft form and may be further revised by the GNSO Council as it continues its review, prior to its voting on a final version.

You may also recall that the GNSO Council is hoping that it can be in a position to vote on the final Addendum at its public meeting in Montreal in early November. As such, the Council will greatly appreciate receiving any feedback that the GAC or IGO representatives may wish to provide at your earliest convenience.
