Dear Councilors,

I wanted to bring to your attention the ICANN org's response to ccNSO's concern that the draft FY 2021-2025 Operating Plan and FY 2021 Operating Plan and Budget were updated and adopted by the ICANN Board without an opportunity for further community input. See details at https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/correspondence/calvez-to-sataki-07aug20-en.pdf.

As Keith is the GNSO Representative to Empowered Community Administration and John is the Chair of the GNSO Standing Committee on Budget & Operations,  I defer to them to see if this could be a potential topic for the GNSO-ccNSO session at ICANN69.
