Dear Council Members,

On behalf of Council leadership, I am pleased to inform you that following our review and evaluation of the expression of interest that was received, we are recommending that the Council appoints Chris Disspain as Chair for the IGO Work Track.

We truly appreciate Chris's willingness to take on this important role and have full confidence in his ability to lead the IGO Work Track subject to the Addendum<https://gnso.icann.org/sites/default/files/file/field-file-attach/rpms-charter-addendum-09jan20-en.pdf> to the Charter for The Review of all RPMs PDP adopted by the Council during its January 2020 meeting.
