Hi all, 

 In light of our discussion during last week's Council meeting, I am proposing some minor edits. In addition, Berry has also kindly made some suggested edits. Please find attached an updated version for your review and input. 

Hi Tom & Carlton - I note you both have expressed support for the draft posted by Rafik last week so I apologize for sending this updated version at this time. I hope you will find the latest edits are non-material or should not be controversial. 

Per the email reminder from Nathalie, the deadline for input is 28 May 2020.
