All,

Apologies for using the mailing list in my role as the Liaison to the SubPro ODP, but I wanted to note my earlier comments that I requested this be done in an interview style at least for the Liaisons having to spend hours writing down the answers to this survey.  I have no objection to any of the questions, but if you want honest extensive feedback, I doubt Janis or myself, or frankly any of the small team members will be able to draft the appropriate answers in any reasonable time frame.

If I have tallied the questions, there are 49 questions in part I, with 25 of them requiring written paragraphs explaining the answer to the previous question and a catch all question at the end.
Part II has an additional 17 questions with 9 of them being open ended.

Again, thank you for letting me send this e-mail to the Council list in my capacity as the SubPro ODP Liaison.

Not having seen any further comments or suggestions, the GNSO staff support team will go ahead and circulate the survey to the GNSO Council liaison to the SSAD ODP and the SSAD ODA small team shortly after Thursday’s Council meeting which will be the last opportunity to raise any concerns should there be any.

Dear Councilors,

In Sebastien’s email of 25 October<https://mm.icann.org/pipermail/council/2022-October/026146.html>, he outlined several PDP improvements that Council Leadership recommended moving forward with.

Included in improvement #9, GNSO Support Staff had an action item to “develop a straightforward survey that can be used to solicit input from the GNSO Council liaison to the SSAD ODP as well as the small team that was tasked to review the ODP to document its findings so that these can be shared when the review takes place after the second ODP completes.”

There is no need to review this survey right away, of course, but we wanted to share it with you when it was ready.
