Many thanks, Sebastien.  This is very helpful.  Regarding the SPIRT
Chartering topic, as you know, Susan and I are closely aligned and will
have a call tomorrow to review points to be presented to Council.  I think
we can be prepared to raise the topic in AOB on Monday if desired and if
there is time.
