Dear GNSO Council,

Welcome to the GNSO Council!

Please see the suggested dates and times for 2024 Council meetings. Times and meeting rotation are suggested in function of the current locations of the Council Leadership team and members of the council.

We encouraged you to check the dates against your national and/or religious holidays. We have considered those which could conflict with Council meeting dates (Thursdays, generally the 2nd or the 3rd of the month). Please have a look and check against your own calendars to see if there are any adjustments to make. If no comments on dates/times listed below, we will send calendar invites out next week.

Current 2023 Meeting dates and times:

  *   16 November at 20:00 UTC
  *   21 December at 13:00 UTC

Suggested 2024 Meeting dates and times:
We have kept the three council meeting times as they still seem to work for the current council of 05:00, 13:00 and 21:00 UTC. (exception for the ICANN tri-annual meetings)

  *   18 January 2024 at 05:00 UTC
  *   08 February 2024 at 21:00 UTC (adjusted to 21:00 UTC to avoid conflict with SubPro IRT at 13:00 UTC)
               Chinese New Year 09 – 15 Feb 2024)

  *   06 March 2024 – ICANN79 at 13:00 local time (San Juan)
  *   18 April 2024 at 21:00 UTC
  *   16 May 2024 at 05:00 UTC
  *   12 June 2024 - ICANN80 at 13:00 local time (Kigali)
  *   18 July 2024 at 13:00 UTC
  *   08 August 2024 at 21:00 UTC

  *   19 September 2024 at 05:00 UTC
