Hi all,

I'd like to add CCOICI survey as an AOB to the Agenda.
It'd be a brief introduction of the survey and a reminder for all to
discuss your response within your SG/Cs.

I did suggest it in the Council Meeting Agenda Planning
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1FSNlAHTjbWAzKcfltI7SWwzXda1NtKxfQ2k-t0oiGr8/edit?usp=sharing>
document,
but it was not picked up probably because I added too late.

Thank you!

Best,
Manju
