Dear Carlton,

Thank you for your feedback.

I would just like to point out that the draft was developed based on a
majority view of members of the CPWG established on the 5 Dec call and not
the sole views of the author (ie me).

Please do also have a look at the new email thread started by Olivier
yesterday on the issue of auctions.
