[CPWG] [registration-issues-wg] [GTLD-WG] Urgent EPDP question

Greg did not say that ALL 3rd part access
benefits users. He said that all users benefit
from (some) 3rd party access (A implies B does is not cummutative!).

Those who fight spam, malware, phishing and
develop reputation services use WHOIS, and that
help virtually all users (except those doing the naughty things).
