[CPWG] [registration-issues-wg] Comments from other EPDP participants

Good morning:  At first sight, those look like going back to the drawing board. 
It would be nice to be discussing comments on what proves to be the real final EPDP report.

PS: FWIW, I find myself more in accord with NCSG than with draft ALAC in this context.
