[CPWG] ACTION/CPWG Members - ALAC/At-Large ICANN65 Talking Points

On the other hand, I like the idea that we have been given the broader view
as a first draft but that for ICANN65, this can be pruned to be a more
concise tool for committing to memory for those talks in the corridor :)

Unfortunately I will be unable to attend this week's CPWG meeting.
