[CPWG] [GTLD-WG] GAC and ALAC Leaderships Call

Dear Yrjö:

thank you for this report. I was very encouraged by the discussions. Of
particular interest, are the capacity building initiatives. The scale of
the challenge is unprecedented in the GAC, whereas the majority of their
members have now changed and I think that our community of ALSes around
the world have a duty to get in touch with their GAC reps where
necessary, offering assistance in understanding ICANN issues.
