[CPWG] [GTLD-WG] GAC and ALAC Leaderships Call

Dear Olivier

I certainly agree with you and for this reason I wish to focus 2020 on our
RALOs and their ALSes and the capacity building work we are setting
ourselves up for within the regions - hopefully with more  collaboration
within home communities. We should have more meetings with GAC members
actually touching base with their At-Large counterparts from their
respective countries at these ICANN meetings.

Let's work on it :)
