Exactly what I was thinking.

While I'm not sure I agree fully with the definition (under which a
software demon could be considered an "end user"), at least it's a specific
and "good enough" definition. And we need one to end all the needless
obstacles to ALAC work under the guise of "so what is an end user
anyway?"...
