[CPWG] GAC ICANN68 Communique

[Alan Greenberg]

It is a Communique that tells what they did at 
ICANN69, and reiterates a number of things that 
"are important to the GAC". There is no new 
ADVICE as there often is in a GAC Communique. I 
would not recommend the ALAC give "support" to what is essentially a report.
