[CPWG] [GNSO-TPR] RrSG survey re: domain locks

Hope you will have time to discuss the tabulated data in the next CPWG 
Meeting.

Quick Note: It has been nicely noted that 30 day + 60 day = 61.9% which 
is good news.

I have been reading the Regostrar Domains Under Management [DUM] 
tabulated data as:

Group A:

0-5,000 : Zero to 30 Days          - Attention

Group B

5,001 - 50,000 7 days 60 days
5,001 - 50,000 24 hours 24 hours

Group C:

50,001 - 100,000 60 days 60 days

Group D: Has the maximum 7 Subgroups

100,001 - 999,999 30 days 30 days
100,001 - 999,999 60 days 60 days
100,001 - 999,999 60 days 30 days
100,001 - 999,999 No lock No lock   - Attention
100,001 - 999,999 No lock 24 hours
100,001 - 999,999 60 days 30 days
100,001 - 999,999 60 days 60 days

Group E: 60 Days is not seen here !!!

1-5 million No lock No lock   - Attention
1-5 million 30 days 7 days
1-5 million 15 days 15 days
1-5 million 30 days 30 days

Group F:

5 million + 60 days 30 days
5 million + 60 days 60 days
5 million + 60 days 30 days
5 million + No lock No lock   - Attention
5 million + 30 days 30 days

Into which group do the following top Domain Registrars given below 
belong to ?

Domain.com
Namecheap
Bluehost

Google Domains

How many hazards did each group manage ?

It has been nicely noted that 30 day + 60 day = 61.9% which is good 
news.

In any case, I stand by the "worst - case design of 60 days" that is 
fully backed by
the history.

Hope such an anaylsis can happen some time as we move on with 60 days.
