[CPWG] Some Useful Doc about Decentralized DNS

Hi Chokri,

Can you please expand on the claim "seems to be more efficient for a local
use"?

End users are accustomed to decades of false claims from emerging
technologies. The trade off for losing a rules based DNS policy system to
anonymous decentralized control for unspecified benefits reminds me of
the inflated claims of unspecified future benefits claimed in the .ORG
discussion. Decentralized technology is not a bad thing, as long as
accountable human based policy is not affected.

Cheers,
David
